The Train to Gain scheme

The A4e Consortium is a network of Training Providers delivering training services to UK businesses under the Government's flagship Train to Gain scheme.

Train to Gain is is a Government scheme that provides advice, support and funding to businesses of all sizes and sectors to train and develop their staff.  Train to Gain can help your business:

• Get the essential skills to boost your business performance
• Improve your business efficiency and increase profits
• Help your staff grow in motivation and confidence

Since the scheme was established in 2006 over 100,000 employers (like you) and over 570,000 employees (like yours) have benefitted from the Train to Gain scheme.

A recent Ofsted review in November 2008 praised the success of the scheme to date, whilst also highlighting areas in which improvements can be made.  Based on this report,  Train to Gain services and funding will become even easier to access (by you and your employees) through training provider networks such as the A4e Consortium.
